As a company which is aware and recognizes the importance of social responsibility, MoBif Berhad has been actively participating and supporting social charity activities in order to help and contribute to the community and society at large. MoBif Berhad is dedicated to share its accomplishment with the community and places great emphasis on its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Under its CSR initiatives MoBif Berhad always encourage all levels of its employees including senior management to play an active role in fulfilling the Company's social responsibility.

The following were the CSR initiatives that have been organized as a way to reach out to the society.

Year 2008
MoBif Berhad Donate Computers & CCTV to Salvation Army Penang in May 2008

May 2008, MoBif Berhad has donated 6 computers and 12 Camera CCTV systems to the Salvation Army computer lab at Logan Road,
Penang. Mr Kevin Leong, Group CEO of MoBif Berhad with the vision to help the community especially pupils to share the benefits of the information age felt greatly for the 37 boys in the Salvation Army. Those boys will now have the opportunity to enrich their IT literacy and
skills, which are needed in today’s interactive society. Even the youngest at the age of 8 can start learning basic computer.

MoBif Berhad is also working together with Major Francis Ng to develop a continuous computer learning program and workshop for the
boys. Employees of MoBif Berhad has volunteered to teach a variety of computer skills ranging from how to set-up a computer, software installation, creating email account, internet access, open office and creating webpage by html.

Year 2008
Charity Drive and Chinese New Year Visit to Old Folks Home
A charity outing was organized on 15th February 2008, Friday in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration. It is an annual event
for MoBif Berhad to visit social welfare homes during the Chinese New Year. This is to cultivate the spirit of caring and sharing during
the festive season. This year, 2008 MoBif has visited 2 old folks home on 15th Feb as below.
(1) Relau Rumah Charis, Bayan Lepas
(2) Silver Jubilee Home, Sungai Dua

The initiative was led by the Group CEO, Mr Kevin Leong Kong Hoy together with 8 employees who join in this meaningful event.
The team was given a warm welcome by the Manager in charge, staff and cheerful elderly residents. There was also arrangement
of a tour to visit the surrounding.

Mr Kevin handed out cash donations to both old folks home, including
food supplies such as rice and beverages. Ang Pows were also being
distributed to the elderly residents to celebrate the joy of
Chinese New Year.

Year 2007
MoBif Blood Donation Campaign towards Caring Society at Gleneagles Medical Centre on 8th September 2007
8th September 2007 - MoBif Berhad has organized its first blood donation drive on 8th September 2007 at the Gleneagles Medical Centre. Its goal is to educate and create awareness on the importance of blood donation. MoBif Berhad initiated this campaign jointly with Gleneagles Medical Centre and wished to develop it as an annual event. The spirit of participation was fostered and geared up by the organizer amongst employees and their families, business associates and friends, to increase awareness about the importance and need for blood donation to help the needy and to safe lives.

During this campaign, 14 staff including Group CEO and directors and 6 business associates have participated and supported as donors. Nurses including doctors were present to perform check-up and blood draw. Refreshments including light snacks and drinks were also being served to all donors. The campaign ended at 3.30 pm.
