Accounts cum Admin Officer (based in Penang)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping full sets accounts and preparation of cash flow.
- Prepare all financial related reconciliation.
- Ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended.
- Assist in preparation of reports for management and corporate reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents, and other financial and regulatory authorities.
- To ensure the billings and collections are done on a timely basis.
- Assist in ad-hoc job functions as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Posses Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI or its equivalent with minimum 2 years’ working experience.
- Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts, AR & AP, bank reconciliation and cash flow.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills, responsible and team player.
- Able to meet tight deadline.
- Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office applications.

Software Engineer (based in KL & Penang)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, delivering and deployment of functional application systems.
- Liaise with users to understand business, application and system requirements.
- Work closely with project team to collect user requirements and define systems requirement.
- Prepare, conduct and review of system tests, to ensure accuracy and problem-free implementation.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Possess programming skill and knowledge in Java, Linux, Apache, Php, VC++, C/C++ and MySQL.
- Candidate with working experience in the related field is preferable. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, strong analytical mind and good problem solving skill.
- Creative, highly motivated, organized and able to work to a strict timetable in meeting dateline.

Sales Promoter (based in KL)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales counter operations in shopping/commercial complex, eg stock, brochures, enquiries,
customers, etc;

- Attend to any sales enquiries, conduct sales presentation to customer, and aggressively in closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information and maintain good customer relationship;
- Responsible to meet the specific sales target;
- Responsible for product display and stock movement.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM;
- Computer literary with IT knowledge;
- Acceptable English proficiency and communication skills;
- Self-discipline, good interpersonal skills and responsible;
- Work 6 days per week and rest day is on rotation;
- Working hours to follow the shopping complex business and is on shift schedule.
